BANDS & PERFORMERS:

Peter Hammill
(UK) / October 26, 2014

Forthcoming release:

“All That Might Have Been”, the new solo album by Peter Hammill (of Van Der Graaf Generator), will be released November 24, 2014. The music is presented here in continuous form and is cinematic by design. As in a film, scenes move backward and forward in time and space and characters appear and disappear without much by way of explanation. It's not music looking for an imaginary film, but more like a combination of screenplay and music at the same time.

Black Sabbath
(UK) / October 26, 2014

Latest news:

Ozzy Osbourne says: Black Sabbath will record a new album with “13” producer Rick Rubin and then perform a final world tour. Ozzy also says that he hopes original Black Sabbath drummer Bill Ward will return to the lineup for the band's final album and tour. (Ward declined to participate in the reunion album, 2013's "13", and tour over a contractual dispute. The group recorded the project with Brad Wilk of Rage Against The Machine, while Ozzy's solo drummer, Tommy Clufetos, handled live dates for the tour.)
